Who can access these services

We see patients in the outpatient clinics at CPM and we also see inpatients in Westmead Hospital. There is no cost to see our team for people who have a current Medicare card.

We have a number of outpatient clinics available: three psychiatry clinics and two clinical psychology clinics.  In our clinics you may see trainees who work under our direct supervision.

Contact details

If you would like to come and see one of us in the outpatient clinics, please contact the following number to organise an appointment:

Telephone:  02 9845 5200 – Reception, Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre Westmead)

  • You don’t need a referral to see the clinical psychologist, but we always suggest you discuss your concerns with the treating team as well as booking into our clinic.
  • People wishing to see our psychiatrist need to bring along a referral letter from their GP or other medical doctor.
  • If you wish to see us while you are an inpatient at the hospital, speak with your treating team and they can arrange a referral to one of us.

We work as part of the multi-disciplinary teams at CPM and all our notes and records are stored in your CPM cancer care file. This means your treating team are aware of any relevant difficulties you might be having, without you having to repeat your story. If you have any concerns about privacy or confidentiality please don’t hesitate to speak with us.
